ELECTRICIAN DIES OF NEPA CURRENT IN PORT HARCOURT (see photos)
Tragedy struck in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital on Wednesday when an electrician was killed by electricity current of the Port Electricity Distribution Company.
ISNonline correspondent gathered that the Rivers State-based electrician identified as Frank Njokwu lost his life while working on a transformer in the Eliozu axis of Port Harcourt.
Reports said the deceased mistakenly forgot to remove the transformer fuse before proceeding to work on the electricity pole.
Our finding further reveals that while the electrician was working on the pole, power was restored, leading to his electrocution.
His remains has since been deposited at the morgue.
